Joy of Plants Return & Refund Policy

At Joy of Plants Shop, each item is custom-made to order; therefore, refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a refund or replacement, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • When submitting a claim, please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly, or a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.

Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final unless an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
